Stay a While in Comfort and Style: Discover Our Fully-Furnished, Month-Long Rentals

This place was just what we wanted for the weekend. We had a little issue with the thermostat right away but got it resolved pretty quickly - technology? The place was clean, comfortable, and located just where we wanted to be. And, thanks for having a comfortable, firm mattress. That rocked!

James was a great host and was very accommodating it was a very special day for my family and I and James was able to make that experience even better

James place was perfect, I was there for work for a few months and James was VERY helpful. He made everything very simple and his place was exactly how it looks online and perfect for me. One of the best experiences I had on Airbnb.

James is a great host and made me and my family very welcome. If I had any questions about literally anything he would respond in a timely manner. His home felt like home away from home and was very clean upon arrival. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. Thank you for your courtesy and making us feel right at home.

The apartment was exactly as it was described on the website. It was homey and a nice place to come back to after a long day. The apartment was nicely stocked…the only thing we wished they had was ice trays in the freezer so we could have ice in our drinks. James’ recommendations were perfect and spot on. At two points in the week we had questions and James was immediately available and answered the questions. He was incredibly gracious.

PERCECTION!!! There is no other word to describe James' place. James is an amazing host, always providing helpful information and taking care of every detail. The apartment is spacious and super comfortable, with plenty of amenities, and close by to everything there is to do in New Braunfels. My kids loved the easy access to the river and we made some carne asada in the grill by the pool. We were there just for a couple of nights but the apartment complex on it own is a perfect place to stay a few days since it has everything every member of the family can enjoy. It's a short drive to Schlitterbahn and to downtown where James can recommend plenty of places to eat and grab a drink, plus fun activities for the family to enjoy. Definitely will go back for more than two nights in the Summer. Thank you James!!!

James’s place was just like an extension of my own home. Our extra guests felt comfortable and cozy—my parents especially loved the super comfortable memory foam mattress in the master bedroom. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any of our friends and family needing a quiet place to rest and relax while visiting Amarillo.

Very peaceful. We had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. Convenient location. You have access to walk out the back to the River. Make sure you immediately put the car tags in your cars and park in the designated parking spot or on the street if you have more than 2 cars.

James was a great host. The neighborhood was very safe & quiet. Fenced patio was great for my pups to unwind after a long trip. Everything was just as advertised. Quick easy check-in, everything was clean; I even took a nice long bath. There were some guests in the main house & I never heard a thing. Slept like a baby and we even stayed an extra night!
